Should you call us out to a breakdown or fault, we will attend and repair, or quote for parts required. We can do this as a one off or as an introduction to you using our service contracts.
Should you call us out to service your equipment, we have a non-contractual callout rate which includes the first hour of labour. When the work is completed, you will receive a service report summarising the health of your equipment and any recommendations we might have
Should you choose one of our Service Contracts, we guarantee to attend site within 48 to 72 hours – depending on contract selected – for breakdowns. We can take all the stress out of damaged pads and complaints from you. We can supply swatch samples for you to examine the quality of the materials we supply. We organise the upholsterer best suited to your needs and facilitate collection and return to your gym. Custom embroidery is also a personal touch we can implement to any re-upholstery.
We can supply new and reconditioned equipment of any kind as well as information and advice on equipment you may be considering.
We see our fair share of gyms, so if you need help planning and/or assembling/disassembling yours, then we will be happy to help. Additionally, we can provide the muscle and apparatus required to relocate any fitness equipment be it in the same building or in another county.
